BUDAPEST ON THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE DANUBE The historic city is divided in two by the Danube River. On the hill is the Buda section, which offers stunning panoramic views of the city and countryside plus a nicely restored historic area with small shops. Across the river is the Pest with all the main sites of the city including the theaters, shopping and business.
